Simply fill out the form on this page, and our team will be in touch to assist you.
Each care package includes a hat, blanket, warm socks, lotion, hand sanitizer, crossword puzzle books, Kleenex, chapstick, organic lemon-ginger tea, journals, and an encouraging card. Our packages can be delivered for free to anyone receiving chemotherapy treatment in New Mexico.
